With the free software provided, I was first able to try out various things myself.
The subsequent upload of the created mosaic poster did not work. But that was probably due to my upload settings on the computer. However, I was then able to create the same mosaic poster directly through the website.
The mosaic image was ready for pickup in no time!

We thought it was a nice idea for an 18-year-old. Unfortunately, the frame was damaged and the congratulations text was hard to read because the frame covered it. I got in touch and it was neatly resolved; we were able to order a new number colleague at no cost.

Excellent Print Quality, Minor Initial Issues
When the picture arrived, it was initially quite wavy, which fortunately settled later. Although the description mentions that the image area extends about 5 mm beyond, this is not easily discernible from the preview. Luckily, I had to unpack the picture again because the back was placed incorrectly. In doing so, I was able to adjust it slightly. The print quality of the picture is truly excellent.

The collage is for a 60th birthday. I edited the photos using an iPad. Initially, I had too few photos. Uploading more was seamless. I simply moved the few duplicate photos to other positions.

I ordered a hard foam collage. The quality is excellent and the shipping was good. Unfortunately, the material is not very robust. One corner was a bit squashed, but that's just a minor point. We are satisfied.

Order process: The uploaded images are clearly displayed for selection. It is noted if an image is included multiple times in a collage.
The production was done within the previously announced time with on-time delivery.
The packaging was exemplary.
The result is satisfactory.
Desired improvement: The images should not only be movable within the collage/crop but should also be adjustable/resizable. This way, a motif created remotely with different content within the collage/crop should be enlargeable. For example, in a group photo, just one face and enlarged accordingly. Here, AI could help to optimize the resolution for enlargement.
In general, post-editing image optimization in adjusting exposure and color tone would be a great effect.
